How to increase the output of alumina powder by controlling the roasting temperature

In order to be able to produce high-quality alumina powder, we usually control its roasting temperature during the production process. The specific operation methods are as follows:

1. The oil supply temperature must be raised and controlled by constant temperature. An electric heater device is installed in the kiln oil circuit, and the oil volume is increased by the electric heater, so as to realize the stability of the temperature of the heavy oil supply.

2. Use the metering control unit to adjust the feeding volume of the skirt feeder to realize the uniform feeding of high temperature alumina.

3. The metering control unit adjusts the batching silo spiral in a micro-proportion at the same time, so that the batching branch will follow.

4. The adjustment signal of the given kiln end temperature and the average temperature in the kiln outside the alumina powder adjustment loop constitutes a serial adjustment loop to overcome the macro temperature interference in the kiln.
