Therefore, the number of large balls should be appropriately reduced, and medium and small balls should be used to ensure good grinding results. The load of the ball depends on the model of the ball mill, so the above rules are not suitable for the dry crushing process.

What matters should be paid attention to when the high aluminum grinding ball is installed and stopped?

The lining plates of each silo of the ball mill are basically made of metal. When loading the balls in the air mill, you should first load a certain amount of material (or bulk cement) to buffer, and then install the ceramic balls to avoid a height drop of more than 3m. Cause the ceramic ball to hit the steel liner, cause microcrack damage, and increase the damage rate of the ceramic ball during the production process.
