The commonly used wear-resistant ceramic sheet for the wear-resistant elbow of pulverized coal pipe is a welded ceramic sheet with a hole in the middle, equipped with a steel bowl and a porcelain cap. The construction of this kind of wear-resistant ceramic sheet is also more convenient. The ceramic sheet with the tapered hole with buckle is directly welded on the steel body with a heat-resistant steel bowl, and then the tapered ceramic sheet is encapsulated in the tapered shape of the ceramic sheet after the buckle ceramic plug is glued. The advantage of this kind of ceramic patch is that it is easy to repair and repair, even if the pipeline is worn out during operation, it can be repaired directly, saving manpower and material resources.
