Ceramic ball production process introduction

Alumina ceramic ball production process

1. Preparation of blanks The main components of Dehua’s ceramic blanks are quartz, feldspar and kaolin. According to the molding method of its products, it can be divided into moldable blanks and grouting blanks.

2. Moulding,

3. Forming. Forming is to use a dry plaster mold to make the prepared blanks into the required blanks by various methods. At present, the commonly used forming methods in Dehua production areas include plastic forming and injection molding. There are four methods of slurry forming, dry pressing forming and isostatic pressing forming.

Uses of alumina ceramic balls

Porcelain balls are divided into two types: inert alumina ceramic balls and alumina grinding balls. inert ceramic balls are widely used in petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, natural gas and environmental protection industries as the covering support material for the catalyst in the reactor and tower packing. It has the characteristics of high temperature and pressure resistance, low water absorption, and stable chemical properties. It can withstand the corrosion of acids, alkalis and other organic solvents, and can withstand temperature changes during the production process. There are many kinds of porcelain balls, and they have different functions.

What are the functions of ceramic balls

As a support and covering material for the catalyst in the reactor, it can buffer the impact of the liquid and gas entering the reactor on the catalyst, protect the catalyst, and improve the distribution of liquid and gas in the reactor

What is the specific gravity of the high aluminum ball

Abstract: High alumina ball is a good neutral material, we can use it as a wear-resistant abrasive material for correct use. High alumina balls can be subdivided into 90, 92, 95, 99 series according to alumina content. The common grinding media on the market are pebbles, alumina balls, steel balls, glass balls, zirconia balls, silicon

What is aluminum balls?

Alumina balls refer to bauxite, roller powder, alumina, high-temperature calcined α alumina powder as raw materials, which are produced during the process of mixing, crushing, grinding (slurry, clay), molding, drying, and sintering, mainly Grinding media, while the ball stone is widely used. According to the different alumina content, it can be divided into medium aluminum

Abrasion test method of alumina ceramic grinding ball

Abrasion test method of alumina ceramic ball:  use 7L Polyurethane standard grinding tank,  containing 4kg alumina ceramic balls, 4kg water, 80r/min, After 24h, the dry weight M (g) before grinding and the dry weight N (g ) after grinding are self-wear: In the actual application process, there are other intermediate media. In some cases, it is dry grinding, so the abrasion in actual application is higher than this standard.  Standard
